To Our Customers:
We have contacted the mayor’s office and learned that we can do limited shipping under strict constraints. Accordingly, we have made physical products (like books!) available again on our web site. While you may order online at any time, please note that orders ship out Monday-Friday and take 2-3 days to process. As always, all sales are final.
We will also use the following safety protocols in packing and shipping:
The Shipping & Fulfillment Department will be disinfecting all products, boxes, and packing materials before assembling each order. A face mask and gloves will be worn at all times. Work surfaces in the shipping warehouse will be disinfected after each new order has been packaged. No employee will enter the facility with a cough or fever, and every employee will maintain physical distancing per the mayor’s order.
