Contributing Artists

Will Sheff is a writer, singer and songwriter who performs under his own name and leads the band Okkervil River. The New York Times has written that Sheff’s work “harnesses both the glow of poetry and the gravity of hymns” while The New Yorker said his music “evokes the feeling of being alone in some otherworldly landscape… with a campfire going, and something good to read.” Sheff’s non-musical writing has appeared in The New York Times, Rolling Stone and McSweeney’s and his directorial debut Down Down the Deep River is available via KINO Lorber. He lives in Los Angeles.
