Gitanjali and Fruit-Gathering contains self-translated poems of Rabindranath Tagore, one of India’s best known poets, as well as a novelist, painter, musician and playwright. He is the first Asian winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913. This 1918 hardcover "New Illustrated" edition was published by The Macmillan Company of New York.
