AUM and Ain Soph Aur
By Ernest Rodriguez
In the Kabbalah there is no separation between the Ain, Ain-Soph, and Ain-Soph-Aur, which represent extensions of the one in varying aspects of existence; or the triplicity of the essence of creation. There is a parallel to this concept in the Hindu tradition—a not seeking to express a separation but only an extension or branches of the supreme being. In the Trimurti, Vishnu and Shiva are considered equal parts of one androgynous entity known as the Hari-Hara, or duad of the Trimurti. We notice the same encompassing character in the final form of the Ain-Soph-Aur.

Nothing comes from nothing. Manly Hall’s vision for the All-Seeing Eye was entirely supported by contributions from its readers who paid for their subscription with gifts made according to their means. Manly Hall wrote,
“This magazine is published and distributed privately to those who make possible with their financial support its publication. The magazine cannot be bought and has no fixed value. Like all of the ancient teachings which it seeks to promulgate, it has no comparative value, but the students must support it for its own intrinsic merit.”
